做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
