做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
