做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
