做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。
