做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
