做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
