做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
