做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
