做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
