做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
