做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
