做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
