做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
