做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
