做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
