做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
