做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
