做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
