做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
