做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
