做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
