做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。
