做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
