做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
