做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
