做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
