做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
