做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
