做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
