做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
