做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
