做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
