做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
