做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
