做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
