做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
