做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
