做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
