做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
