做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
