做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
