做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
