做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
