做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
