做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
