做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
