做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
