做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
