做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
