做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
